Opinion Needed / viginette yes or no

Looking for an alternative to a round lens hood for my newly aquired (not yet recieved) Yashica Electro 35 GSN. Do you think this lens hood would viginette on the 45mm lens. Thanks for your opinions.

Once you get the hood, you can test in several ways to see if it vignettes, or how close it is to doing so. If it does vignette, then you can take it to your local friendly machine shop and have them plane some off the front to make it shorter... until it doesn't vignette at infinitiy focus setting.
