I just got a Yamato Kōki Kōgyō Pax M4, but there seems to be a problem with the shutter.
Here is a link to a short video clip demonstrating the problem:

That video is of the shutter at 1/100, but as you can see, it looks more like 1/2.
Is this an easily fixed problem?
