Hexar RF Error 20

Well, I fired up my Hexar this afternoon, pressed the shutter release and nothing. I checked the display and saw the dreaded error 20 flashing. Rather than having a public meltdown I pulled the batteries and put the camera away.

Anyway, I remember reading something about error 20 a fews years ago but I don't remember the specifics...only it ain't great news. Additionally, I can't find anything online about it. Do any of you have any info?

Hi Bob, one of the list members has the factory konica repair manual. I cannot remember his name, but if you search under konica Rf alignment, he had posted pages from the manual. At least you'll get his name. Very helpful guy. Andrew.

Great news! I re-inserted the batteries after being out of the camera for a few hours and reloaded the "ruined" film canister. When I turned the camera on everything was normal so I just fired off the whole roll and it seems fine.

It's an electronic device and often times doing the simple thing works (anybody remember 86/286 dos computers?).
