Why am I being drawn into old rangefinders so much????
Okay, let me explain.
I'm used to shooting with my Panasonic Lumix FZ7. It takes nice photos, and is a 6MP digital. I want to get an SLR sometime in the future (around Christmas time probably, gonna get a 400D).
I've always had this inkling to try out a proper film camera, as opposed to the crappy ones I used to mess around with as a child (and then, all I wanted to do was take a photo, nothing more).
I've been drawn more and more into thinking about buying a camera such as the Minolta Hi-Matic G, or something similar, just to get a feel for how photography used to be. And when photos turn out looking like this:
