Fedka contact

I've been trying to reach Fedka via email to ask a question -- are they usually pretty responsive? And are there any alternate ways to contact them?

I don't know any alternate contact methods. Yuri is usually very prompt in responding -- typically same day, in my experience. The one time it took a while to reply, he was on vacation, and it stated that on the site.

Try sending another email; they do get lost every now and then.

I just checked the site, and it says that the shipping department is closed until the 20th. Also that orders can be placed but won't be charged until then. Since fedka is a one man operation, I'm guessing that means that Yuri is unavailable for some reason.

I'd be willing to bet you hear from him on the 20th if you don't hear anything sooner.

Ahh, I didn't spot that (guess being at the top and in bright yellow wasn't enough). Guess I'll have to be patient. :)

Yuri is ordinarily prompt. Last week, though, he said he had too much on his hands.

Yuri has left for vacation until 20th, I've talked to him right before he left, he said he will not have access to his email. So be patient he will get back to you. :).
