why Minolta Hi-Matic 7sii?

Why are the minolta hi-matic 7sii cameras more expensive than other similar compact RFs such has the canonet ql17?

Availability. The Canonet out sold all other compact rangefinders many times over. The 7sii offers some nice features, a very compact size, and great lens which are all very attractive today 30 years later, so people are willing to pay a premium for them.
