I think I have GAS for a reflex lens. :bang:
Web opinion seems to suggest the MC Rubinar 500 f/5.6, but since I will be using it one my 30D it would require an extension tube (~15mm) and a resetting of infinity focus. Am I correct to think that adding an extension tube will lead to a decrease in the effective aperture (e.g. 5.6 -> 8)? :confused: If so, the 500 f/8 may turn out to be a more suitable choice.
Any reflex lens gurus out here to help me on this?
