I think it's a Zorki 1 ? Some people actually like the "copies" - I'd rather have a well serviced un-modified one, but it seems the sellers would get a lower price for that. It is surprising how much reworking is done for the relatively small price difference with a clean Zorki !

It was originally a FED 1, early type at that. The Leica-style shutter release suggests FED rather than Zorki, although most things are possible! A nice work of art if done well (as this appears to be). For a user it may well leave a lot to be desired since they're often made from beaten-up models that had little value before "conversion". People do seem to pay considerable sums for these cameras.
