Good repair tech for Rollei 35?

I have a Rollei 35 S with a meter that is WAY off- about three stops too sensitive (which I guess is better than not sensitive enough...), a loose lens that is not completely rigid when pulled into place and locked (which could be why infinity focus is soft). Also the film transport is quirky, sometimes cranking the film properly other times loose until half-way cranked. Often requiring two cranks, sometimes one---that cannot be right. Lastly, the f/stop wheel does not lock at the f/stops.

Anyone know a good reliable tech for these?

I emailed Harry Fleenor, and we all know he's one of the best, but 11 weeks back-up right now! Krikor said 4-5 days....
