50mm Lux

So what is going on. I know that the M8 has "stressed" the lens supply and drove prices up but is Leica asleep at the wheel. You can't even find a new 50 LUX.

If I were Leica, I would be making some lenses!

i think they're churning them out as fast as they can.. its just that the M8 has brought a revival in lens purchases. 50/lux 35/lux 28/2.8 are probably the 3 hardest lenses to acquire these days

I just got that one a few weeks ago too Steve. I shot a few rolls, just enough to find I love it, then sent it to Sherry to tighten up the rings a bit. She says it will take about 3 weeks. I'm dying here....

I stumbled across your completed auction when looking for finished prices in IR/Cut filters, you sold a 28/2 as well.

I know it is none of my business, but I just don't understand...why even bother?
