Which, begs the question: why?
How long did that take? Did the waiting almost kill you?
Nice shots by the way. Number three is cool. I just wish it were a little larger.
Nice shots Mark. Wish I could see larger versions....
What lens(es)?
Yeah, I usually wait till I have four rolls, send them up, 6 days via EMS to Canada. Then a family memeber takes them to the lab. The wait and wait does get too you. But I am used too waiting. I have become patient. I have another 4 rolls of Neopan 400 from May 4, June 17, June 21, June 23, which I will be sending up this week. Reason is, there is no one who really does good b&w, plus scan to CD.
Here is a larger view from #3.

Neopan 400, Nikon F3HP / 24.2.8 / aperture priority
Wow, what a beautiful looking city. I use to have the same set up - with an F3 and 28/2.8. Great camera and totally awesome lens. I have a hard time imagining Leica had anything even close to it a it's time of release. I mean, it focuses down to 2.5 cm, has almost no distortion, doesn't flare and sports a floating element.
The colonial part of the city, where I took these photos, there is just too much to photograph. I swear every day early in the morning around 6am-7:45 am is a Velvia 50 day. Just perfect. The sun just perfect and the temp just right. I know I do not have a Leica or Zeiss, but my F3HP had a CLA'd from Nikon Canada earlier this year, I am content with what I have, as I have aperture priority, and I am a wide angle guy. I am thinking about selling my 85/1.4 AIS as is it just not possible too have on your hip. I have too be discreet. I mean it is not about what your gear can not do, but what you can do with your gear. I just do not what to be bogged down on gear and think about what I could have. I am content. I would rather have film to shoot., plus I have 10 rolls on some Velvia 50 coming shortly. Yes the Nikkor AIS prime lenses are sweet, and nothing too sneeze about either.
Cheers
