just wanted to say, to all our US citizens, happy 4th of July!

last night was the scheduled evening for fireworks, but a sudden lightning storm swept in just before they were to begin.. so no fireworks photos from me, yet.. maybe tonight!

I'll second that - Happy Independence Day! to all US citizens.

Raining like a tropical monsoon here in Florida right now - I've had to come in from the deck...but hopefully no one's plans will be too dampened.

And here's to the Heroes at Seaworld today...

Off and on rain here in North Texas. Normally we'd be seeing triple digit temps today but it's been nice with the rain..

I'm in the process right now of sewing up the final touches of my red/white/blue kite just to celebrate.. then I'll pop open some red wine :)

one of the beauties of being a dual citizen is i get to celebrate both july 1 in canada and the 4th too!!
