Nice shots. And they intrigue me as to where you took them. The tree trunk shot looks like South/Central America somewhere and the geodesic dome greenhouse shot looks like it's out of a science fiction movie. Can you share any more details about these?

Thanks,
Randy

I like the photos too, especially the ants. Are the cattails upside down?

I'm seeing them ok with PC and Firefox.

cant right click on a mac

i think ctrl + click on the mac is the equivalent to right clicking on a pc.

very very nice pictures. i especially like the very first one. i like that it somehow makes you wonder what the story of the pitcure (and its subject) is rather than just admiring the composition.

My opinion only. Best photo is the first. Needs a little cropping in the left would make it perfect. I like the ant photos, also. Dog is a little cute. But, if it is your dog then it's a real good keeper. (I say that because people never really capture their own pets well. They tend to be too close. This one is a small dog in a big world.)

Yup,
Control + Click is the Mac equivalent (you can get a muti-button mouse for Macs as well).

pesphoto

I know control + click, but it doesnt allow me to see the photos.

Not my dog, though I had a 'connection' with him i.e. he wanted my coffee cup for some reason.

No. 3 and No. 6 are the best, IMHO. 3: the dog, peoples, and wall make nice composition. Funny and cute.
No. 6, narrow macro view and composition of ants to letters very interesting. Nice stock shots both.

Color images and BW nature shots are a bit busy and uncertain; what are you trying to actually express? Are you just looking for "good shots" or, are you trying to express something? As in, a feeling, a special moment; I need to know (without you writing it out) WHY you are taking these images. Why should I care about them? Why are they important? Or are they only wistful snapshots? Tough questions, but important ones. And believe me most of the time I do not reach the pinnacle either... :)

cheers,
chris
