Konica auto s2

Hi! I am a french rangefinder lover :) and I recently bought a konica auto s2(ebay). It is new, never been used in its box-incredible! Unfortunately light meter doesn't work, I removed the bottom plate : everything is ok… I'd like to remove the top plate but found no screw except one.Has anyone an idea to remove this part of the camera.

The battery compartment is the usual problem area. It comes apart into two pieces. The metal contacts become corroded or tarnished.

Thank you greyhoundman, I saw the battery compartment, it seemed to be in one part only; I have removed two screws and saw neither corrosion nor unsoldered wire.
Do you know how to remove the knob (image)?

Just use something like a rubber mouse pad for friction and turn it counterclockwise with your thumb while applying pressue.
