Images in posts

How do you make images appear in posts? I used the [img] tags but my posts show links instead and at the bottom of my screen it says [IMG] off. It's ON in my profile.

Gene, to the date I've only been able to insert images as an attachment. The odd thing is I didn't know they don't appear on your post preview, but appear correctly in the final post.

And about the [img]... still wondering...

If you hit the "Post Reply" tile on the bottom right of the thread you will be taken to a new screen. Do this instead of typing in the text box at the bottom of the thread if you wish to attach a file. On that screen there is a text box, and towards the bottom there is an attach file option.

FYI, the image attached is from mlb.com.

Taffer, Rover, thanks for the help. The other forums I'm on use the [img] tags rather than attachments but [img] seems to be turned off on this board.
