Henry's currently has new in box filters for BW on Ebay.

If you're in TO, you can drop by their outlet store near Queen and Jarvis, where they have similar stock, and also some 48mm metal caps.

Great for those Canonet's.

Mmmm... I'm thinking of my 'cron 90/2, which uses that filter size.

Thanks for the heads-up, Kin! :)

48 is an oddball size, and it happens to be the filter size for all the Canonet's. I had not seen any 48mm filters for sale for quite a while before this batch.

The shipping is steep for one filter, but if you get more than one, shipping is free on the rest usually. The "checkout" process won't indicate it, but Henry's adjusted the invoice before shipping. You end with with a sizeable box and a lot of air/bubblewrap.

I have a 48-49 adapter ring for a canonet or similar with a metal 49 Hoya hood
and 6 49 filters on Ebay at the moment..its near impossible to find 48mm filters
around here...
