Hello, i got this Oly 35 RC. It is in nice condition and all works fine. I still have to replace the lightseals and do some testshots. My question is, if it is normal that on the Oly 35 RC the 2-blade aperture control blades are NOT CENTRED in the middle of the lens. Maybe there is a chance that the pictures will come out good, without fixing the problem, but from all the other cameras I know, aperture control blades are pretty much in the middle of the lens. So I think there is something wrong. How do the aperture control blades look in your Oly RC.

Otherwise, is there a way to adjust it, and how to do that ? Thanks, ISO

The aperture blades are centred on mine.

I had a look at mine just today, because I'm having trouble with the lens, and I noticed that the aperture is not symmetrical. I would have expected a regular square, but it definitely is not. But even so, I would not state that it's off center, if that is really what you mean.

Post some results, I'd be interested to see what an off-center aperture does to your pictures. I guess you would hardly notice, maybe you would see some strange effect in out of focus picture area's.
