Small, expensive book of Chicago street photographs by a guy who walked into a university photo department with a shopping bag full of prints and got hisself discovered. Story. (http://www.americanplaces.org/CAPgallery/gary/garyintro.html)
I stumbled across it at my museum's bookstore last night, and bought it on a whim after having looked at a half-dozen plates. Gave it a good long look once I got home. I think it's worth its price. Some real corkers in there.
