:o Just want to announce that I have my "first" photo show at a local coffee house. Some of my photos were selected for a local artistic journal, small distrubution, and they asked me if I would like to hang some of my photos for the month of May. I just hung them today. If you happen by Da Vinci's in Enid drop in, or look in my gallery, several of the r/f photos are hanging there. Fujica GS645 and Bessa R mostly.

I hope to take some shots of people looking. I really want one where a guy or gal is looking while scratching his/her head, kinda like what's up with this? Humor! Thanks guys, it does feel nice that someone asked.

Good job, Richard!

Now... when I had a brief show at a coffee shop I could get free drinks at the place, being, as it was, "the artist".

Do you get the same star treatment? See if you can! :) It's fun!!

And, again, congratulations!

Congratulations! Maybe you can point out the photos in your gallery that will be on exhibit at the coffee shop. Sort of like the next best thing for us that cannot be there.

Congratulations on your first show! Very exciting. I had a show last year for the first time. It was a great experience. I gave one of my friends who likes to photograph a camera and he took some nice photos of the show.

good luck.
