Jupiter 8 and Lens Hood

Hey all,
I just received a lens hood for my Jupiter 8 (kiev), a nice model I bought from Fedka:

My question is can I mount this hood in such a way to keep it from rotating? I thought that the inner ring was stationary, but it seems to spin. Any thoughts?

The same thing happens to me, that wouldn't bothered if it were rounded.
On my Zorki I have no problem since the inner ring is stationary.

durn, I will move this cool one to my Zorki and use a round one on my flagship Kiev.
