I had a 39-42mm step up ring stuck on a lens, tried everything to get it off.
playing tonight I grabbed my GORDY neck strap, wrapped it around the threads and it slid right off:eek:
worked like a filter wrench and I was having problems finding one that would fit, so if you have a stuck filter, try a nice GORDY leather strap:D
