I hope someone can please help me because I am getting very frustrated with Silverfast SE 6.4 which is the version that comes with the Epson V700. When scanning with the Epson software I am able to scan in thumbnail mode and then select all images to scan to file.
In Silver Fast 6.4 however there is no thumbnail option and after the prescan you have to manually create all the scanning parameters individualy. You create the frame for the first 35mm neg then duplicate it for the next and so on! Then when I do the main scan I can only seem to get it to scan one selected image at a time ... I can't find a way to get it to select all the frames for the scan to file!
Am I a complete twat ... and I'm overlooking something obvious ... or is this the way it is?
I know there is an upgrade available to version 6.5 SE or whatever came with the V750 but they're asking for another $50.00 for that option and I still don't know if it does what I want ... I would assume it does?
