is the site unbearably slow or is my computer slowing down?

i ask only because i seem fine on other sites but when here it's painful.

i have checked all the usual suspects but my dell seems to be ok.

I find that the site has been a little slow since the upgrade. The price of improvement.

Haven't noticed anything in particular. I think one of the reasons for the upgrade was to improve performance, not slow it down...
