But the picture is NOT of a NOOKY. That's one of the focusing mounts for the Focaslide, I think.

The NOOKY for a screw mount Leica has googles for the RF and a center cropping frame. John may be correct and it may have been focus mount for the Focaslide when the Elmar is in its collapsed position.
