I have been in ongoing communication with the folks in Germany who make the PIXO C1 universal charger, to see whether it would work on the M8's battery. I was just about to get a sample sent to me for testing, when I received an email today stating that they had obtained an M8 battery, and their device definitely does not work on it.
This is a disappointment, as we are still left with that brick, baring some of the rewiring of the brick that people have reported on the Leica Forum.:bang:
