50/2 Summar on M8

Is anyone safely using a 1930's collapsible 50/2 Summar on an M8?

As long as you do not collapse it, any collaspible lens is fine. If you collapse it, you are in danger of the rear of the lens hitting the shutter. I use my Summitar without any problems.
