For those of you using Photoshop with film, Adobe has posted a CS3 on the web as a free Beta, for those of you with CS2.

You will need a serial number to run it past the trial, but with a serial it is a full version. So far, I cannot make out much difference, other than it is native on indel Duo processors under OS X.

I've been using the beta version for the last few months. One of the nice changes is in how you apply the feather when you have an area selected.

Have you tried using curves in CS3? Adobe has conjured up miracles with regards to ease of use. The Channels Mixer replacement isn't difficult to use, either.
