Hello all,
I finally made the jump and bought a nice, mint Limited Edition ZI off ebay. I was aware of the rangefinder misalignment problems, of the infinity mismatch, etc. I asked the dealer if there were any problems. He replied that the camera was allright and I have 6 months warranty !!
It arrived today, and I must say: I am delighted!! The rangefinder is spot on, infinity focus is perfect but the viewfinder is simply amazing. Although I love my M2, I must say that from a user perspective the ZI is simply more fun to use.
We'll see how the two of them will fare together.
So: a very positive experience altogether. Let's hope it will stay that way for a loooong time.
