R-D1 Body Cap: where to buy

Does anyone know where I can purchase a spare R-D1 body cap? Or DIY it from another brand?

I've no idea where you could get the original body cap (perhaps Epson's on-line store?), but any old Leica M body cap, including cheap generics available on the 'Bay, will work just fine.
