:eek: I almost jumped off my chair... Don't feel bad Joe, in fact the seller of those 3 series VI filters hasn't answered yet... I'll ask him for an invoice today. And the fact that this seller of the Walz filter doesn't accept CC paypal is a pity, makes things a lot easier for buyers, but probably not so for sellers...

i have some colour conversion filters that look orange.
do you think these would work the same as a true orange filters?

Hmm, not sure about that - but I have a 49mm color conversion filter (85B) as well - might try to do a test shot with that and see how it compares to the 'regular' orange Filter - if it works, I might get in contact with you about the 40mm filter...

Joe, I tried comparative shots with my yellow, yellowgreen, orange, and 85B conversion filters (in 49mm, on my Pentax SLR), and I don't see a whole lot of difference between the yellow and the 85B, the orange is a bit more effective, so, thanks for your offer, but I think I'll pass...
