At first it was cute. Now it's getting annoying. Is there a way to disable or remove the funky raining icons. I have to read real fast to beat them down the page.................. You thought this was a dirty thread didn't you.
I agree, it is annoying (I forgot to add a "Bah, humbug!" to my original comment).

With this crowd??! Not a chance!
Actually, along with the recent 'Bloody Cherries' thread, you just never know...:)
Agree with your basic point though - for frequent visitors, I think the novelty has worn off. I suppose there are those who aren't here as often and may not have seen them as much. However....
The holidays will be here soon enough.
I'm here all the time and like them. Bah, Humbug, indeed.

It's one of those things I find gets old in about 10 seconds.
And the firewall at work hates it ... makes it very hard for me to do productive things (like browse RFF) while I'm supposed to be working.

Disable Javascript in your web browser and they will go away.

You mean I'm not the only one who does that? :D

Hmmmmm......I feel left out! They never appeared at all on my screen! I guess I have javascript disabled as "default".
Happy holidays, y'all! (Let's get ourselves in the mood, eh?)
