I don't have a Kiev to compare but here are the dimensions for a IIa (basic body, not including knob height):
135mm x 35mm x 68mm, 1 lb. 3 ounces

The Kiev dimensions and weights are on Nathan Dayton's "Commie Camera" site:

Looks like it may be pretty significant.
IIa 135mm x 35mm x 68mm and 539g
Kiev 4a 150mm x 30mm x 88mm and 675g
I think I have a like comparison of the Contax II and IIa at home which should measure the cameras at the same points. Technically this should be a good measure as the Kiev is a copy of the Contax II.
Thanks guys

P. S. I changed the measurement: the actual body is 30mm with a 5mm front cover, height is 67mm with 1mm feet. The winding knob adds about 10mm to the height.
