My chrome M8 will be here tomorrow, Thursday. The dealer received a delivery of 3 cameras, 1 black, 2 chrome, I was no 2 in the list and the no 1 went for black....

Good for you Mark! Over here the dealers and importer seem to insist on a big do to "introduce" the M8. So we have to wait for that. But in return we'll get cucumber sandwiches, i guess...:(

I ordered some stuff from RW this morning and asked about the M8. They said that they'd had 3 delivered. Also said that they had 30 people on their waiting list.:(

My very early-pre-order was with RG Lewis in London, but still hear nothing..... :(

Yes, RW have come up trumps (always a pleasure to deal with this dealer).

Funny how things seem to have changed so quickly. Even though I knew that I was high on the list, I wasn't expecting the M8 to be in my hands until December at the earliest.

I was Number 6 on Robert Whites list so I'm now Number 3 :)
