i was talking to my local leica dealer the other day and they mentioned that they hadn't heard anything from leica usa about this promotion. you get 2 free lens codings vouchers when you buy a new lens.

the brochure is a bit confusing and even gets the leica URL wrong. it mentions a form, but none exists.
i contacted leica for clarification. they told me that you only need send in the registration/warranty card and a copy of the sales receipt. they further recommended that you mention that you want to take part in the promotion.
[EDIT: there's also a $15 coding for those who bought a new lens after 1/1/2006. this promo is usa/canada only. void where prohibited. restrictions may apply. your mileage may vary. your mother may not approve. not for use on open wounds. etc etc.]
