EF-1 Light Meter Info ?

Hi all I have bought a light meter and the seller dosen't have the instructions. It is a Tundra Model EF-1. He idenified a photo I posted and I believe it is the same as the Capital Exposure & Flash Meter EF-1. I am looking for info on getting the instructions. Thanks
