Hexanon 50mm F/1.2

Anyone have and use this lens?

I saw one in Cologne the other day in a shop under the Dom attached to a Limited Edition chrome-ish Hexar RF.

Was it offered in black?

It came only in that silver finish. How much are they asking for the set?

Sorry, I do not have this lens.

But I know, it was avaiable as a limited special set in box together with a Hexar RF, sold also in black. I read, optic quality is a little better as the Canon RF 1,2/50 but not as good as the Noctilux.
About a half year ago a set (as new) was sold in an internet auction for about 1500 Euro regarding to only few produced lenses.

I did not see nor ask for the price of this set.

I expected it to be very high.

Unfortunately for people paid in US$ there are no good deals in European camera stores -- new or used -- as far as I have been able to tell.

I have one, but I have not used it very much so far. I am considering taking it on my next trip, maybe it will see more use then...

The lens was only provided in titanium finsh, never in black. There is also a black LTM 60/1.2 lens.
