For those who thought the M8 pictures I posted were fake. The time is coming for the official release. Will you have the courage to say RFF was right? :) Will you update all those threads on other sites saying they were fake? Probably not. But here are some other pictures from a different site which supports the original ones I posted a week or so ago :)

I think this coming Wed I will post the specs that people have been asking for. However someone will probably get them posted before me.

Any guesses as to the function of the little tabbed dingus between the strap lug and the button panel? The tab at the top makes it look as if it's meant to be opened or removed, but it's too small to be a card slot. Mini-USB connector, maybe? If so, seems like an inconvenient location for it.

I was personally uncertain if the photos posted originally were accurate - but after seeing different photos of what appears to be the same camera - on a different site I must say that I now believe that Jorge posted accurate depictions of the M8 all along.

So, "RFF was right!"

Hé, do i see it the right way? The M8 has an 1/8000 shutterspeed... I guess that means; Leica left the rubber certain shutter.
