Leica CL Crooked Framelines

Noticed that any picture with squared subjects was crooked when I first got this camera--did a test and found the frames weren't squared. Had the problem fixed by Sherry Krauter. Problem has arisen again after about 1 year of use. Anyone have this trouble before? Should I bother sending it back to Sherry or am I stuck with this issue? It's a shame, because I really enjoy using this camera.

i'd email sherry and ask her what she thinks and is it a common thing?
it's a great little camera.
