Film and summer heat

I am living in South Florida. It's hot!:eek: How much abuse can film handle in this heat? Like leaving it in your car or even walking along the white sand on a hot day, which is pretty much everyday. I shout mostly C41 print film.

i used to keep a cheap styro cooler in the trunk of my car. big enough for my camera bag. without ice or those frozen bricks it still kept my stuff 'cooler' than just in the car alone.

Actually I have a sort of related question, how does film hold up in the supply chain if I order from JandC Photo? Greater Toronto is now in the hot and humid season for the next two months.
