Hello Chendayuan,

The 1st version was made 1957-58, and a few lenses were made at Wetzlar, Germany. Aprox. 100 units were manufactured between serial numbers 1,119,000 and 1,119,100 which actually date from 1953. Go figure !. The lens was not introduced until 1957.

I know for sure *all* of the second version was manufactured in Canada.

I believe *all* of the third version were also made in Canada, although I am having trouble verifying this for sure.
