Iskra camera reformed at my home to accept 220 film and 645 format.
Txp film shot & pulled to ISO 160.
Film expiration date: 03/1997
Tmax developer timed for 160, with additional 10% for 220 film + additional 10% to compensate for outdated film.

I think the Iskra has the sharpest lens of any Soviet meduium format. Everything I see from an Iskra is tack sharp. The only thing that has scared me off is their mechanical problems. Great shot!

Once the Iskra winding mechanism becomes damaged, then the Iskras become "alive":

a) You can transform the film format, if you wish.

b) The whole remaining mechanism becomes quite simple, and therefore you can put your hands there, to clean, lube, etc.

c) The red hole way is much straightforward than the original winding. (But for my Iskra 220, obviously I have a non-hole back. Film winding and counting is performed via 2 graphic wheels sticked to the two upper top-casting circular knobs).

d) You can purchase the cheaper models without fear. Common sense attached, of course.
