View Full Version : Argh...I couldn't help myself...R2 on the way.
Well, after some PM's, googling and days of reading....I found a used R2 in E- condition for $350. I think its a decent deal.
I got with it a 50mm 2.5 for starters.
She should be here Wednesday. Well I guess my EOS3 will make its way to Ebay now...along with some other stuff...

That's a brave change, my friend.
Now i hope you will never regret it - because here on RFF you won't find any support for that ! :D

How could you?! My EOS3 is my precious.....preeeeecious.....!
Alright alright I'll stop now before getting my ass kicked from a rangefinder forum.
Oh, BTW you'll enjoy fondling and using the R2 for sure.
Well, I have some items to sell around the house first (about 5 laptops)...IF I get enough to cover my credit card....The EOS3 stays put. I really, really like that camera...
But as someone stated here....you can only shoot with one camera at a time.... :(
Yeah it's true, but there will be situations where you will need motor drive, AI Servo, tele lenses and even noisy mirror slap to alert your subject you're photographing her. ;)
Haa haa haa!!! I do have ----looking over my shoulder----my Canon 1D. Eeekkkk....(engaging force field) for those moments.
