Gallery image count problem

I'm a new guy here, so pardon me if the solution is documented somewhere... I didn't see anything in the FAQ.

I uploaded 5 photos yesterday, and currently have the same 5 in my gallery, but the software is blocking uploads because it says I have uploded 9 photos (there really are only 5 though).

Please let me know how to fix this.

I had the same problem. It resolved itself in a few days. And the forum counts your uploads very exactly from the time you post them till 24 hours later.
