I think Joe was looking for a side grip for his Canon P.

as soon as i 'discovered' these holders i started to find them all over the place.
they are made for tripod use, even have a level built in them.
i thought about getting one and trying to 'adapt' it for grip use.
still might someday...

afa that grip for the 'p', i can't find any info and i doubt that canon ever made one. i need to find a good woodworking class and someone wanting a class project. :)
