If anyone wants a gmail account let me know your email address and I'll send an invite. I got six free ones to give away.

(Gmail is google's new free email service that gives you 1 GIG of free space. I use it a lot for attachments, etc.

Let me know if anyone would want one. Sorry for the very off-topic post.

Richard, I'm also interested. One question though: can I use programs like Outlook Express to download my mails instead of logging on using web browser?

Since gmail is still in Beta everyone wants to lock in a cool name before it opens up for the masses at the end of this year...

Kris, I'm not sure..all I know is that gmail have 'address tools' to import your contacts from yahoo, outlook, etc.

I have a blog with that name, spelt difrintlee "apeture". I took "m.summicron" for my account.

Hehe, think I'm too old-fashioned and got my name.surname :P

Taffer was already taken (you know, the world is full of taffers sneakin' around :rolleyes: ), and when I give my other email to somebody (claviculae) they stare at me asking 'w...what!?'

Not to mention I have so many names that after some months without login in I have serious problems to remember the right one !
