How 2 remove on Zorki 6?

Hi everyone. I'd like to know how to remove these? Is there an easy way of doing this? I've taken the top off and I used a pair of vice grips (padded to protect the chrome finish) and tried to twist them out counter clockwise. It didn't really do anything. Any suggestions? Thank you.

IIRC, remove the top and then access the nut[s] behind the PC sockets.

Yup, they have nuts on the inside.

The PC sockets and top cover are keyed so the sockets won't rotate without damaging the top cover.

One more question....how do you remove the attachment shoe? I took off the thin metal plate that you slide out. I was hoping there would be 4 screws to remove the attachment shoe but it appears to be pressed on or rivited. Any suggestions? Thanks again.

I think that's riveted, if you take the top off you can confirm from underneath.
