Yup, he's been selling his cases on eBay for some time now. I got the one without the built in grip. It's great!!

I picked up the original Leica case for the M3 with eyes attached. It is a much heavier made case than the standard one. It ran under $15 with priority shipping off of EBay. If I get ambitious, I will make the front section detachable. I picked up a standard Leica M3 leather case for $2 at a camera show. It does its job: protects the camera well. It is a better case than most new ones, and again should have used a detachable front. Nothing that can't be modified.
Not as pretty; not new; but cheap and serviceable.

They're nice - I'd say almost all cases are better than the ever-redies that Leica put out in the 50's and 60's - and I did look at kameraleder as well before settling on the cases from Luigi.
Luigi includes a very nice matching strap and I wanted to get away from a case that required me to screw a tripod bolt into it every time I took it off. I also think it is VERY hard to beat the leather quality from Luigi - that and I got a custom 'aged' look applied to my brown half-case. For the same price as Kameraleder's half-case.
Note that the above is a completely biased opinion and based on only having seen, touched and used the Luigi case. I'm sure Kameraleder makes excellent cases.
I've seen the Luigi case and strap on a Konica RF - the worksmanship and the materials are top notch. Really, really nice.
Looking at his feedback on Ebay, he has a ton of repeat business - that says it all.
