Since summer is coming in, it's time to grill some meat on the charcoal ! I did some pork ribs and "documented" the whole process with my X100 ! Hope that you enjoy !

Boiled ribs? Uh oh :-O! FYI: It only takes two hours to bbq a rack, away from the coals, in a Weber, for fall-off-the-bone goodness. Of course, bbq is like photography: everyone has their own way about it.

Indeed, everyone has its way ! I boil for some time with garlic and :eek: Coca-Cola. After that, I wrap them tightly in foil, drowned in BBQ sauce. I slow cook them for a few hours and finally broil them on the grill !
