Hi! After a long time just reading what people put forward in these forums, I have decided to try taking active part in the discussions. So, here we go: Among the several items bought on Ebay, I have a Zarya (the simplified version of FED2). A nice simple camera, but the viewfinder is out of focus. On the Zarya there is no focusing adjustment as on the FED and the Zorki. So how can I sove this problem? At present the camera has been taken apart, but I have found no solution. Can anybody help?

Welcome to RFF, Terjesko! I cannot help with your question, so hopefully some expert in FSU cameras will have a useful suggestion. :)

Unfortunately, there is no diopter adjustment to this camera. Do you wear glasses or contact lenses? Or is your vision perfect? If your vision is good then it shouldn't matter as much, but if not, then just use that as framelines. I know it must be a nnoying, but I have no idea on how to fix something like that.

Hope you find a solution, and welcome!

I ran into a Zorki 1 ones with a blurry viewfiner. Turned out the eyepiece was a rangefinder eyepiece (the prescription s of the two are different). Found an eyepiece for a viewfinder and the blur went away

I have a Zarya. There is no focus or focus adjustment. It is just a simple viewfinder to look through to compose your image. Possibly your viewfinder is dirty.

I also have a Zarya, the V/F on mine is very clear and sharp, even without my specs. I suspect that, like someone else said, the thing has been apart and re-assembled wrongly!
