If and when I pop for an X-Pro1, I may have to put a piece of black tape on the face of the camera, where Fuji COULD have put a logo, but didn't.

I hate logos. Walking through San Francisco the other day I was questioned about my Leica 5 times. TAPE!

Tape does not stop geeks from noticing your camera Jobin... :)

I'd tape posh silver ring on front, too!

Or a green dot.

Looks like a frontal shot of a one-eyed parrot fish. I'd tape up the whole damned thing. ;)

@shadowfox/Will: I like the green dot!

I think it would be funny to put a Leica dot on it, but I'm pretty sure more people would see it as serious Leica aspiration rather than irony.

Forget the logo, I care about the colour of that grip. All the promotional shots seem to give it a very different tone to the rest of the body, which I dislike. But what if this is accidental? If it matches well then it will draw eyes for its design, regardless of logos!

Is it just me, but isn't that the grip found on the Xpan?

Me too... I'm hoping they have a hot pink one, or at least a school bus yellow one. :D

Does Holga have a logo?

It would never say Fuji because the company is Fujifilm :)

Would one use existential tape on an, as yet, non-existent camera?

I taped over the logo on mine to keep the hipsters away...

holga (http://www.flickr.com/photos/ajshepherd/3259897745/) by Antony J Shepherd (http://www.flickr.com/people/ajshepherd/), on Flickr
So far nobody has come up to me and said "Dude, a holga!" so it must have worked.
Obviously this picture was taken before I threw out the lens cap...

Hey, maybe I should glue the Holga logo to my digital slr... you know, to sort of mesmerize the hipsterchicks when I go downtown. :D

That tape would be hopelessly transparent in it's affectation of purposelessness. :p

When I popped the logo off my Holga to take the photo of it, guess what I found underneath?

Yep, I found a big Hol. :)
